1. How do I know what size to choose?
You can check the handy Sizes Guides and view our Size Chart on the product page for easy reference.
2. How do I place an order?
a. Register on monsherrie.com, log in your monsherrie.com account. 
b. Choose your favorite items and add to cart.
c. Click "check out" and filling all your contact information. 
d. Click "continue to shipping method".
e. Choose shipping method( we have 3 shipping methods: ** expedited shipping. ** express shipping, ** standard shipping. please note express shipping is only available to US orders).
f.  Click "continue to payment".
g. Fill in your payment information.

3. Can I cancel/make changes to the order I just placed?
It is only possible to make a change to your order if the order has not been processed. You must immediately contact our Customer Care team (monsherrietv@gmail.com) with your change/cancellation request details included, this will minimize the processing delay with your order due to the changes being made.

4. I didn't receive the order confirmation.
Please leave correct email address in your order so that the order confirmation and shipping notification will be updated to your inbox.
